Cloud label

i wnt to put cloud labels on my blogspot, for easy navigation
so that people will see more clearly and they can count how many label do i have,,,
(merepek jer ada org nak kire)

how to put cloud labels eh?
even labels biasa pun i x leh figure out with this skins
