i did post saying that im going to kwsp,,, early in the morning me and my sister follow my mother to her office coz the kwsp building is nearby her office, we waited until 830 bru pegi kwsp,,, the people at the counter did follow the rules to please the customer... (die ada letak kat counter; senyum ketika bertemu pelanggan, jgn makan etc...)
dan berjalan2 ke MARA building ke MAJU junction, JALAN TAR.
