Thicken by 1 1/2 inches

I've sent some of the fabrics to the tailor for my Hari raya (yes you read it right, raya). As usual, we discussed on the design and cutting. Just to ensure on the size the nyonya tailor took my measurement and with a bit shock  she saids

" wah... Adik sudah naik 1 1/2 inci, sudah naik banyak"

I am shocked too. My mom start nagging...

I remember I can fit to my jeans which I can't fit for the longest years during the short vacation to kuala selangor last month. I am so excited. I am controlling my food intake those days.

Looking back what I did wrong I blame it on the classes and exam I had. To keep me full I munch bread and milk to ensure I can focus on the study instead of the rumbling sound of my stomach. And ice milo for the late night revisions ( I try to boycott, I did. but I have this craving to have milo during study thus I give it exceptional, I swear I will try to discard it from the list for sure).

I continue the habit of having dairy and carbs during the until today. I noticed other thing instead. The pimples I have on my face. I rarely get a pimple not even during the teenage years. Not until I touch 30. 

The words nyonya said linger in my head and stress me out. So immediately I will ensure I'm having a proper diet and no ice challenge has started.

Beauty Product Review: Kaylena Beaute (New packaging)

I think they heard my concerns on the packaging as you can read in my previous post. I would say I am one happy customer. If a return customer (twice previously) I will be considered as a loyal one as this will be my third purchase.

I am very much happy when the are having new packaging. They are not only consider on the spill complaints but they even increase the cubic measurement of their night cream (15g to 50g) and their treatment moisturizer in a pump (15g to 50g too) which make us easy to control the amount exactly a pea size. 

Apart from that I believe they improvised the ingredients as I can smells new fragrance (green apple scented) in most of their product. The treatment moisturizer and the night cream have a different texture.

The previous treatment moisturizer is a satin smooth cream but this new improvised formula they have this soft brittle cream which some how feel like scrub but dissolve once you apply it on your face.

As for the night cream it has this gel look a like and a gooey texture but once apply you can definitely feel it lock the moisture. The new formula, they are more like frost cream and somehow they still manage to lock the moisture in. 

I am okay with both previous and the new. But for value reason I preferred the latest one. If the 15g I can use it for 2 months (I still have some balance of the previous bottles and jars) imagine the new one. I might calling up the agents in another 4 months perhaps. 

Anyhow I haven't tried the cleanser and the day cream yet (as I mentioned I still have some balance) I shall update it later.

And I do received queries  and compliments on how my skin looks like now. So up to you readers. As for me I will continue using them and have some thoughts of being their agents.... Hehe

Beauty Product Review: Kaylena Beaute by KFLN

I was interested to use this product since last year when Leuniey still carrying the baby inside her tummy. The reason is because she using it during her pregnancy so this convinced me that the product is relatively safe.

I am somehow can be a somebody who is sometime so particular about beauty product. My aim to be using all organics and paraben free, Laureth free and mercury free products. Aiming too high with a hole in pocket, I cannot even afford to use one accept if I doing it homemade in the kitchen or back to use something almost similar or close to organics products.

On my first few weeks of using this product (at that time they still using a soap as facial cleanser and with different name too) I do feel a bit of changes on my face skin. Better. Glowing. But I came across from blog hopping a review of mercury products in Malaysia on how a product the reader's used make her skin worst. 

The blogger did not mention any KFLN products anyway but she does put a collage of trending beauty products at that moment in Malaysia which also include the ads of KFLN.

Without thinking much I stopped using it and at the same time I get a joyful news that I am pregnant. 

Things come at the right time. Though the product is safe to use 'claimed by Leuniey herself' I rather take precaution because we have been waited for the child for years.

I wanted to throw them away but somehow I reluctant as this product is approved by Ministry of Health Malaysia thus I hands it down to my friend.

Unfortunately we lost the baby on the first trimester going to 2nd. So it takes months for me to come back up after looking at my own dreadful reflection in the mirrors. During the pregnancy I have pretty glowing facial skin but with very bad back acne. When the baby gone things was not so great on my face. As the back pimples come to subside my face took place for being dark and dull and some unwanted pimples and rashes. 

After a long research of beauty products that I should use I think I rather give it another try for Kaylena Beaute by KFLN. This time around I did not buy them directly from the HQ but from Farah a Kaylena stokist in Cheras. A very good person to dealing with.

So I received the package. New package with the solution cleanser instead of soap and with toner (last time I bought it did not come with toner) treatment moisturizer, SPF 20+ day cream and night cream.

I would say it does good to my facial skin (I did not expect an immediate effects anyway). The glowing face and simple application does help save my time and bucks( I do not have to buy foundation and loose powder)

But I need to brought something for the management to notice. It's undeniable the packaging of Kaylena Beaute so sweet with pink and silver font written on the box but somehow the packaging of individual items is so flimsy. The small packaging only take a few space in your handbag and very light but because of easy fallen cap of the cleanser and toner make them easy to pump out by itself and the creams always have some spill around it body. Though the cap of creams is well tighten but there are some sneaky residue left on the outside of the container.

I need to bring this matter up as for improvisation. I'm happy with the product itself but not at the product container flimsinest. (I not going to get the matter of the relativity of the products cubic meter over the price though...) as I trust on the ingredients and the expiry of the products is 6months it does show the rack life is short so if it fill in bigger container some wastage might happen. Good things always happen in a short time right. 

Again IMO this is a good product as it do wonder to myself but somehow the products container is still am mehhh for me.

Moisturizer you can trust

The first time I use this moisturizer back when i was in high school. It was the jewel back then. Most of my friend trust this. Biasalaa when kawan sorang ni pakai St. Ives then everybody using it. Pengaruh rakan sebaya. But we believe in St. Ives did great things with all of our jerawat gatal heheheh. 

Then when the zits subside of course the face was painted with all the scars. Searching for the best moisturizer, one of my friend's mom bought her Organic Aid Vitamin E Moisturizing Cream. It works wonder. 

Though I have been using many other brands I always come back to this. 

I totally rely on it and bring it with me here in Europe during autumn where i knew i will be having dry skin and all. Trust me this jar of moisture is a savior. 

(Of course, people will say that kalau dah selalu pakai sure x dry kan, but tell you what my skin gets super dry in cold whether be it naturally or in air conditioner room, that's explain why i do not prefer air conditioning room apart of x tahan sejuk my skin will be very itchy)

So to conclude i would say this moisturizer is the best so far. It does not left any oily residue and x payah harap of great smell lah.nothing fancy though looking by the label pun tau dah. But it totally worth it with the price it offer.

Good Housekeeping: organize make up table & drawer

First: tossed, eye mo if you could not remember when u open it,Then tossed rubbish & all expired item & stuff u never used over a year or moreEmpty the selected area & Separate items by categoriesVacuum the area before place & organize them

Now I am very into organizing stuff. Selepas kejayaan mengatur dan mengemas almari sang arjuna dewa ku seperti disini, makin membuak-buak rasa nak mengemas dan mengatur meja solek dan laci.

At first i was searching for a silver or gold or bronze tray but it is no where to find. Tapi bile pikir balik nanti x stand out so terjumpa tiles putih... Pun boleh

* saya set on top of the table is for perfumes & brushes sahaja!
* empty bottle silelah ke tong sampah atau bgler pd collectors. Buat semak saje.

My skin care product: i bought this from a friend i did find perubahan on my skin. Have to wait until a month then only i story morry u ols is it ok ke tak.

So got my make up bag, skin care bag, box of loose items, then my skin enhancement product (ada vs cream jugak... Its good & wangi amatlah menyukainya) then the hair products,deodorants, at the back is my rarely use product, mani pedi set, some cotton pads & cotton buds,wet tissue( a must have item for every girl) mirror, unopened husband's perfumes & some toiletteries (we r outstationers so might need things ready)

Where r the pads??? I keep it in some other place. We only used during the menses kan so x perlu dlm ini drawr.

Ini untuk everyday used.

Thick black hair

As you can see from the right hand side bar one of my wishlist as per above mention title...

I used to have very thick black hair... When i start working i having hair fall issue and become thinner once i get marry...

Maybe it is due to my lack of vitamins...

So whenever i get bored with works i will spend time at the salon...

So apart to get them massage my head... I did talked to the hairstylist about my problem...

i) the person said i hv a very healthy hair... Geram nak kaler kan...sorry i already over that season... I prefer my original kaler

ii) i have a healthy scalp. No dandruff or whatsoever

iii) but i do have some hair loss problem eventhough it is not so severe

So they recommends;




It is by Schwarzkopf and cost me around RM56. smell of herbs and not dried out my hair... Until today it serve ok...

But due to the tip quite big and you have to be careful when pouring out...

Instead, i bought a spray that cause me less than RM7 at Guardian and fill it with the tonic. Very easy to apply.




You need to spray it on affected area and massage it with your tamples until dissolves.

Apart from that i used this



Hair lotion from my favorite salon Lavinas that cost around RM25.

The sweet smell and the instantaneous effect on hair make me fall in love with it... And my husband love it too...hehehe

I pump it twice and spread on my strands... It very lightweight and doesnt make your hair limp.

Another thing the hairstylist asked me because they know im wearing tudung... Whether i hijabs them while its still wet and do i shampoo it almost everyday...
My answer is yes!

So they said thats are the reason.

Lesson: dont wear hijab when it wet...better blow it dry rather than covered in wet.

About shampoo i used Dove as i love the smell... And i did say before this was Himalaya. And they recommend me change to Himalaya if i a woman who wash hair everyday.

Counter shampoo have high in chemical and so i must wait for my dove to finish and will definitely go back with the Himalaya or Herbal shampoo...

I've been taking this for 3 months and now have to stop due to insufficient stock. What i can say about it i trust this... If not how come i could make it for 3 months right.

It started just because i wanted a glowing skin. The first week i can notice that my skin on my leg reduce on its itchyness due to dryness. And feels a bit moisture. I dont know maybe that comes from the physcology.

the cleanser the AHA & BHA exfoliator..

• it give clean feeling without the dry/string on the face


• It smell-less... x de bau...


• Its recommended to wear suncreen with it..


• It remove dirt gently


• since doesn't have any smells on it... so it doesn't give the perk that you need when you wake up early in the morning


• It doesnt remove make up easily... some residue are there especially the eyeliner...


• It takes time
  

The Moisturizing Lotion

• It is not in a form of lotion (creamy and white in colour)


• It more like toner that have no smell

Simple Vs Hada Labo

My cleanser is going to meet the dustbin…

Running thoughts in head urge me to change my Johnson & Johnson sensitive skin cleanser and my st ives apricot scrub to a more adult (konon) or new feeling as this current bore me much…

I remember once,,, on a date with a doctor when I had a fever I complaint on my dry skin and itch face…

He recommended Simple as this label so gentle on skin and meant for Asian.

He also says always opt for cleanser that formulated for asian (as we are living in the equator line,,, the heat the food is totally different) unless you are asian but living in the greener field country or something for years where the sky are bluer and you have more season than monsoon.

I know… Simple is not consider as adult (usually adult means something you can’t get from farmacy counter/Watson/guardian ‘this only my thought’… the expensive one)…

I just have this love hate (more to hate) relationship with the expensive item..

Either I will lost/hide then lupa where i put it (due to I want to secure them from being used by other ‘specifically my brother… yeah you read it right…BROTHER’) even my floral sense perfume being rembat by him to go to bazaar Ramadan… he has his,,, but still used others as to jimat his…

Im not kedekut but then being use by impropriate person for impropriate reason is soooo not considerable…

Then some of the expensive adult gives harsh than good…

Better opt for the mass product and currently I don’t have problem with it…

Other thought come to my mind as I get so involve with the mag reviews and other reviews “ my friend eila yang single tu” giler promote kawan…

I wanted to try Hada Labo… apart from cute advertisement and plump cheek seperti telur dikupas…

My superman pernah tanya this question when i asked him to look at a lady separated by few tables from us on how pretty she is...

x tau laa my superman tu nak jaga hati ker apa or control konon x mata keranjang (heheh.. sayang saya tau awak baik)

but then he said... "eleh control cun! kenapa perempuan suka main rambut sendiri?"... coz that pretty lady sedang menyikat rambutnya dgn menggunakan jari aja..

i did my own mask...

everyweek (i skip 2 3 kali jugak laa) i ambil santan sikit and almond oil together with aloe vera gel (fresh from the garden kat blakang umah) and mix that and letak on my hair thoroughly and scalp wait a few mins (sometimes hours) then wash it off...

rasa mcm leceh but biler dah buat selalu

x der la rumit mana pun...

but i tell you

rasa perbezaannya...

healthy, kurang gugur,,, shiner,,, lembut and basically the feeling like more love towards your hair...

x salah sayangkan diri sendiri...

i suka org yg sayangkan diri dier...

I wonder how those celebrity and beautiful ladies out there keep their skin look very fresh and healthy though they expose their shiny, fresh looking skin (jeles nih) and there is no sight of scars or something similar to that (some of them expose the skin tooo much)... where they hide the scars?

Iv etried most of the stuff needed for the scar for moisture and i have this thought of not having enough supplement for myself in term of consuming something.

i've told in the cyber space how i get nuts just to shop!!!

i havent bought anything for myself (except foods) with my salary,,,
so the balance in the account get me frustrated for not buying myself something.

I went for makan but i insisted my Superman to go to Sunway Pyramid (somewhere where almost everything under one roof) and all are fully sponsored by moi...hehehe...

so he agreed...

after we had our late lunch... i googling for something that i could buy...
we wander almost every single toko...

but everything seems not to get my attention
even that clutch in dorothy...
whenever i with him there always second opinion... though some are agreeable by both but i will put back those item nicely where its belong
until...

when he went for solat

i with the itchy fingers just smiling give my money to the sweet lady
hahah...
and i wasnt buy for myself...
i under consciously called up my sister and insist her to buy too..
she agreed but i blanja...
with short & simple conversation with that darling

i say yes i'll buy for you...

and in a jiffy i managed to buy two identical items

and we had our conversation he get shock when i say it cost me around satu rat

The Make Up Bag

i have no time to adding new members for my make up
bag... my foundation run out, my compact powder has become loose powder... even worse i apply baby powder on my face just because i coudn't find my compact which i missed place it somewhere and found out its actually inside my make up bag...

Though i am too busy to shop

but i still have my time for a little make up as one of my routine to work..
and every week i let my face free from any of the "painting"

and of course... i shower my brushes and sponges...

this is when you found out ...."eh ada benda ni"... "hmm x payahlah bli mascara baru habiskan nih dulu"...

everything make sense... not when you rushing to office you like getting mad when all eye shadows doesnt compliment your face and baju... and blame on those item to be insufficient.

its like a little inventory for your make up bag...

and the time when you list down things that you really need to buy...

the main key for make up as i learnt is the brushes...

pimples wont appear on clean brushes...
therefore.. cleanse

give them a good shower and good shampoo,,,

get rid off all the colours and you will feel like so excited waiting for your brushes to dry...
once dry the smell of the brushes linger once you apply the painting on your face...
bau bersih... best...

i normally get it soak in gentle shampoo for few mins... and shampoo them individually... get the color out as much as you can(biasanya very easy)... ' you allowed to use sunlight the dishwasher liquid but not the paste one of course'

rinse it under flowing water or you make soak them for another hour... not a night!!!
get it air dry (you may do this a night before you go to sleep)... the next morning you terus boleh guna ( this is not applicable for sponges.. sponges take longer time to dry)

Susun your make up bag... (timenih rasa byk benda x cukup but you may come to your rational state where some of it you dont need to buy)

so once i opened the fragrance quite strong but afta awhile ok la...

the MASK from KOREA I

i tried to finish up my water that i brought from home this morning...
i never able to finish it up...
i know i need the water level in my body to keep intact so that i help my skin moisture... chewah,,, poyo...

anyway... today i went for a little shopping for my office...
since the cold storage just downstairs so there is no harm to have a quick therapy from the office (as if i work to build a KLCC)...

before that i went lunch with my new collegue KD <--- click disini so after lunch we end up masuk to this newly opened cosmetic shop that all the product come form KOREA... i know my friend will be jumping happily tot i supporting KOREAN (she's a KOrean FReaK)... the Store name THE HAYAN in JAYA ONE... the sales person is so nice and willing to hear and advice you in anyway he could possibly assist you... so a star point there... so i endup buying buy one free one mask... for RM3.90.... cheappooooo....!!!!!!!! Royal jelly Collagen Essence Mask (i mmg suka royal jelly as i love Ginvera do wonders on my face) and the sales person advice me to take potato collagen Essence MAsk tonight i would give it a try lah the sales person oso suggest us to put the mask in the fridge for a chill effect meaning 1. cleanse 2. tone 3. mask (for 20-30min ONLY) 4. sleep... hehehe sounds easy... hehehe i pun dah lama x mask kan muka since very bz for the past few weeks plus my mask dah habis so i will give a review one of the mask ok... the sales person says the mask contain no animal fats or what so ever plants herb ginseng hehehe hopefully my sensitive skin boleh terima... org tuh ckp boleh... so mlm nih kiter try ada x esok muka tukar jadi penelope cruz??? ahaks... ish x mo lerrr nak muka ain syakirin jugak la... only that better..

Solution 1 for super dry skin

my Superman is the first one who gave me suggestion,,, he search for the answer as soon as he read my blog,,,

So my Superman forward to me via text regarding one of the solutions,

CHANGE THE SOAP

1) use soap free soap
2) choose hypoallergenic
3) prefer the unscented
4) choose soap that contain cream or fats

i used to use milk bath, but my mom cant coz it makes her skin itchy (pulak), so i opt for something that both can use (however i knew she will not like it very much)

but i have to do the trial n error
i my self will be the test rat
